"It still implied a majority," Jenny protested as she walked towards the back of the ship. "A majority of cultures that still shag, whether or not it's taboo to talk about it. Which is ridiculous, I think. How are you ever supposed to learn anything if you're not allowed to ask questions on a topic?"

There was a hint of frustration in her voice. It was, of course, one of the problems in surviving. There was just so much to catch up on, so much her inheritance hadn't prepared her for. She didn't like coming across as naive, but sometimes she felt as if she had no choice.

She turned to look at him briefly before keying in the code to open the shuttle door. The second the hatch popped open, a thick fog penetrated the artificial environment. Taking a deep breath, she jumped off the edge rather than lowering the stairs. Jenny landed easily on the soft dirt below.
