SHE TOTALLY ASKED FOR IT.

Fortunately for Jenny, Bart isn't really as fast in the water as he is above it. But? That doesn't mean his superspeed counts for nothing just because he's swimming.

It takes him a short while to catch up, but then he keeps pace easily. :P, Jenny!
